WELCOME

I have several blogs on different topics (stepfamily, politics, general, parenting, children's clothing, horses, etc.) but I've wanted to do a book blog for quite awhile now. I hope I'm doing it at the right time. With the kids out of school and work picking up, I'm hoping I can do the blog justice for book reviews with the time I have available to me.

I am a HUGE **** bookworm ~ nerd ~ Booker T ~ geek **** when it comes to books! As a child, I learned early on that reading took me into another place completely for a little while, which I preferred. I can be in the middle of a busy, busy area but if I'm reading an interesting book, the distractions can't bother me (well, unless a kid is going, "mom, mom, mom, mom, mom". I get that involved in a book!
